**RUMART.LK AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

Welcome to the RUMART.LK Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining and participating in our Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate," "You," or "Your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") as outlined below. Please read these Terms carefully before registering and using our affiliate services.

**1. AFFILIATE PROGRAM ENROLLMENT**

1.1 Eligibility: To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Application Process: To apply for the RUMART.LK Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form on our website. We will review your application and notify you of the status within a reasonable time.

1.3 Program Acceptance: RUMART.LK reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications that we deem inappropriate or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

**2. AFFILIATE LINKS AND PROMOTION**

2.1 Affiliate Links: Once accepted into the Program, you will receive unique referral links ("Affiliate Links") that you can use to promote RUMART.LK products or services on your website, social media, emails, or other channels.

2.2 Promotion Guidelines: When promoting RUMART.LK, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

2.3 Proper Use of Affiliate Links: You may not use your Affiliate Links for your own purchases or engage in any self-referral activities. Your commission will not be paid on any transactions you make through your Affiliate Links.

2.4 Disclosure: As an affiliate, you must disclose your relationship with RUMART.LK when promoting our products or services. You shall clearly state that you may receive compensation for referrals made through your Affiliate Links.

**3. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENT**

3.1 Commission Rates: The commission rates and structure will be provided upon acceptance into the Program and may vary based on the product or service being promoted.

3.2 Qualified Referrals: To earn a commission, a referred customer must make a qualifying purchase through your Affiliate Link. The purchase must comply with our sales, return, and refund policies.

3.3 Minimum Payout: The minimum commission payout is 1000 LKR. Commissions will only be paid once the accumulated commission reaches or exceeds this threshold.

3.4 Payment Holding Period: All commission payments will be held for 30 days after the order is completed. This holding period is to account for potential cancellations, returns, or disputes that may arise.

3.5 Inactive Users: Affiliates who remain inactive for a continuous period of 30 days, meaning they do not generate any sales or referrals, may be removed from the Program without prior notice.

3.6 Cancellation of Low Commissions: If an affiliate's accumulated commission falls below the minimum payout threshold (1000 LKR) and remains below this threshold for 90 days, the collected commissions will be canceled and will not be eligible for payment.

3.7 Payment: Commissions will be paid on a regular schedule, typically monthly or as specified in the Program details. Payments will be made through a preferred payment method chosen by the Affiliate during the registration process.

3.8 Tax Responsibilities: You are responsible for all taxes related to the commission payments received from RUMART.LK. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf.

**4. TERM AND TERMINATION**

4.1 Term: The term of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the Program and continue until terminated by either party.

4.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

4.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the Affiliate under this Agreement will immediately cease, and any unpaid commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid in accordance with these Terms.

**5. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND PROGRAM**

RUMART.LK reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms, the Program structure, commission rates, and policies at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via email or through the Affiliate Program dashboard.

**6. DISCLAIMERS**

6.1 No Warranty: RUMART.LK makes no warranties or representations regarding the potential for sales, income, or success through the Affiliate Program.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall RUMART.LK be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

**7. GOVERNING LAW**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By joining and participating in the RUMART.LK Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not join the Affiliate Program.
